A hand printed etching of a Brown Hare inspired by a love of British wildlife. I often see these beautiful creatures while out walking my dog. This image was made using non-toxic, copper-sulphate etching on an aluminium plate. The plate was cut out by hand using a jewellery saw, etched then hand inked and printed on a traditional etching press. It is printed on soft, white somerset paper. It is one of an edition of 50, all handprinted. Each print is signed, numbered, and titled by the artist. Please note, your print will not be the same edition number as the photo.
The image itself is on 20 x 20 cm paper. Each print is packed with cellophane and archival tissue, has a board backing, is carefully wrapped and posted flat in a stiff cardboard envelope.
